By using Mivlet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform or embed our chat widgets.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "You") and Mivlet Inc. ("Mivlet", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of Mivlet's software, APIs, widget embed code, and cloud hosting infrastructure.

You may use Mivlet to create and manage AI chat experiences for your business or personal projects.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to embed our chat runtime (`/v1/widget.js`) on your authorized web domains and configure customized AI responses adhering to your plan allocations.

As a workspace administrator or account holder, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of your account:

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized breach or suspicious activity.
• Authorized Domain Configuration: You must accurately configure permitted host domains in your widget settings to prevent unauthorized third parties from embedding your AI quota.
• Content Verification: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all documents, training files, and knowledge base sources you upload to Mivlet.
• End-User Notice: If you collect personal information from website visitors through Mivlet chat widgets, you agree to provide proper notice and obtain necessary consent in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

To preserve the integrity and security of the Mivlet network, you agree not to engage in any prohibited activities:

Your Property: You retain 100% ownership of all proprietary data, brand assets, customer conversations, knowledge base documents, and custom prompts uploaded to your Mivlet workspace. Mivlet claims zero ownership over your intellectual property.

Mivlet's Property: All software, designs, algorithms, visual styles, trademarks, APIs, documentation, and the `/v1/widget.js` runtime remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mivlet Inc. and our licensors.

Mivlet provides both free and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Scale).

• Billing Cycles: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via authorized payment gateways.
• Usage Allocations: Each plan includes monthly conversation and widget limits. If your workspace exceeds allocated quotas, widget queries may be throttled until the next billing cycle or an upgraded tier is selected.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through workspace settings. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of your active billing period.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your workspace if you violate these Terms, fail to remediate non-payment, or engage in abusive activity that poses security threats to our infrastructure.

Upon account termination, you will have a 30-day grace period to export your knowledge files and conversation history, after which all tenant databases will be permanently purged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mivlet Inc., its founders, employees, or infrastructure suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

In any case, Mivlet's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Mivlet in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
